Created in 1993, Critique d’art is a biannual collaboration between the Archives de la critique d'art and invited guest editors. Critique d’art has published 39 issues that include 700 essays by contemporary art critics, theoreticians, art historians, university professors and artists, as well as 9,000 shorter reviews and analyses. The magazine is both a tool for research on art of the 20th and 21st centuries and a reading guide that enables readers to follow the ideas and conclusions of leading art critics and theoreticians. The main articles are published in English and French; both print and online versions are available.
